Standard vs Pro

Two packages, and no guessing which is which. Standard is the whole practice management system. Pro adds a set of advanced features for practices that need them. Both are listed in full below.

Standard

Everything you need to run a practice, priced for practices that do not need the extras.

  • Every feature listed below
  • Up to 25 users, with no per-user charges
  • No limits on documents, tasks or storage
  • Free for up to 5 clients
  • Does not include the Pro features

Pro

Everything in Standard, plus the advanced features. Every trial starts here.

  • Every feature — nothing held back
  • Up to 25 users, with no per-user charges
  • No limits on documents, tasks or storage
  • Free trial with every feature switched on
  • No permanent free tier

What Pro adds

These are the only difference between the two packages. Everything else is in both.

Included in both packages

Every one of these is in Standard and in Pro. This is the whole practice management system — clients, tasks, workflows, proposals, documents, compliance and the integrations — not a stripped-back tier.

Which should I choose?

Every new account starts with a free trial on Pro, so you can try the advanced features rather than guess from a comparison table. If they earn their place in your practice, stay on Pro. If not, switch to Standard — that is exactly why it exists.

You can move between packages at any time. There is no penalty, and your data stays exactly as it is. To see the numbers for your own client count, the pricing calculator covers both.
