Customisable Templates

Set up engagement letter templates that reflect your practice's terms and style. Enagagement letters can be sent on their own or along with a proposal

Templates support merge fields so client details are inserted automatically when you generate a letter. No more copying and pasting names and addresses.

Service-Linked Letters

Link engagement letter templates to specific services. So the content of the letter is tailored to the specific services being offered.

The document will have appended to it pages for the services selected. And within the software the service will be associated with the engagement letter.

Electronic Signatures

Clients can sign engagement letters electronically, removing the need for printing, scanning, and posting. They receive a link, review the letter, and sign with a few clicks. Even setting up a direct debit manadate at the same time if you wish.

Once signed, the signature page with their signature on it is appended to the document. A copy is automatically saved to the client's documents folder, and a copy is also sent to the client by email.
