Connect Your Direct Debit Provider
Sodium supports both Adfin and GoCardless. In Direct Debit Settings, simply choose your provider and connect your account by signing in to it. Once connected, everything synchronises automatically - no API keys, no manual configuration.
Sending Mandate Requests to Clients
Within the client record, next to where you asscoiate it with the entry in your accounting platform, is the option to send an email to get a Direct Debit mandate set up.
- You can fully customise the email content in Direct Debit Settings
- The email includes a secure link for the client to set up their mandate
- Once they complete the setup, the client record updates automatically so you always know who is ready for billing
Linking Existing Mandates
If you already have mandates set up for clients in Adfin or GoCardless, we've got you covered. Sodium makes it easy to pull in those existing mandates and associate them with client records - instantly bringing your data into one place without needing clients to do anything again.
Include Direct Debit in the Onboarding Flow
