Power Pricing Integration

Power Pricing is pricing, proposals and engagement letters for UK accounting firms. It prices everything a firm does for a client, service by service, and the client signs online.

The moment a client signs, they appear in Sodium with their main contact and the services they signed up for, each mapped to your own Sodium service. Nothing is re-keyed and nothing needs setting up again for workflow.

At a glance

  • A signed client appears in Sodium within seconds
  • Their main contact comes across with them
  • Every signed service mapped to your own Sodium service, at the agreed fee
  • Start date and one-off services carried across from the proposal
  • Recurring work and deadlines follow from the day they sign
  • Extra work and renewals add new services to an existing client
  • Only ever adds to Sodium: nothing deleted, ended or overwritten
  • Pushing the same proposal twice never creates a duplicate

From Signature to Workflow

The gap between "they've signed" and "we're ready to do the work" is usually someone retyping a proposal into practice management. With Power Pricing connected, that gap disappears. The client, their main contact and every service they agreed to arrive in Sodium on their own, with the fees and start date from the proposal.

Because each service lands on your own Sodium service, the rest follows. VAT quarters, year-end accounts and monthly payroll generate their recurring tasks and workflows from the signing date, exactly as if you'd set the client up by hand.

New Clients, Extra Work and Renewals

Every kind of proposal does the right thing in Sodium:

  • New client creates the client, their contact and all of their signed services.
  • Extra work adds only the new services, alongside what the client already has.
  • Renewal or reprice adds any new services and leaves the ones already in Sodium, fees included, as they are.

Clients who signed before you connected aren't left behind either: any signed proposal can be pushed to Sodium after the fact.

See It in Action

In 42 seconds: a practice connects Sodium, matches its services, a client signs a proposal, and the client and their services appear in Sodium.

Power Pricing has written up the integration, including how to connect it, on their blog.

Prefer Our Own Proposals?

Sodium has its own proposals, and connects to Socket too. We'd rather you used the tool you love than force a choice, so all three are first-class ways into Sodium. See everything else Sodium integrates with.
