Service Packages

Most clients take a similar set of services. Rather than adding each one individually every time, group them into a package and apply them all in a single click.

Packages work seamlessly with proposals and client service management - they're a shortcut, not a constraint.

Bundle Services Together

A typical limited company might need annual accounts, corporation tax, VAT returns, and confirmation statements. Create a package that bundles all of these together, then apply it to a client record or proposal in one step.

After applying a package you can still adjust pricing, change billing frequencies, or remove individual services. The package is a starting point - you're never locked in.

Create packages for common client types or service bundles:

  • New Ltd Company
  • Sole Trader Starter
  • Full Service
  • Payroll Add-on

Package-Level Pricing

By default, a package's total price is the sum of the individual service prices. But sometimes you want to offer a bundled rate - toggle on package pricing and set a single price and billing frequency for the whole package.

Package pricing appears as a single line item in proposals and engagement letters, giving clients a clean, simple view of what they're paying.

Proposal Content Override

Each service can have its own proposal content block describing what's included. When using package pricing, you can optionally override this with a single content block for the entire package.

This is useful when the package represents something greater than the sum of its parts - a "Full Service" package might warrant its own description rather than listing each service individually.

If you don't set a package-level content block, each service falls back to its own content as normal.
