Email Integration

Every email Sodium sends on your behalf — proposals, engagement letters, notifications — comes from your practice email address, not a generic no-reply. Connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your clients see a familiar sender they trust.

Send as Your Practice

When Sodium sends a proposal, engagement letter, or notification to a client, the email comes from your practice address and appears in your sent items — giving you a complete record of every communication. The sender name, reply-to address, and signature are all configurable — so clients see your brand, not ours.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Sodium supports both major email platforms. Connect via OAuth — no passwords stored, no app-specific credentials to manage. Whether your practice uses Outlook or Gmail, the setup takes seconds.

Configurable Sender Details

Choose the display name and email address that appears on outgoing messages. Use your firm's main address, a specific partner's address, or a dedicated mailbox — whatever fits your practice's communication style.

Emails sent through Sodium are real emails from your mailbox, not forwarded copies. Replies go straight to your inbox.

Branded Email Headers and Footers

Design custom HTML headers and footers that wrap every email Sodium sends. Add your logo, practice colours, contact details, or regulatory disclaimers — and know they'll appear consistently across proposals, engagement letters, and every other client-facing message.

Headers and footers are managed through Sodium's content management system, where you can create reusable content blocks and update them in one place.

What Gets Sent

Sodium uses your email connection for all client-facing communications:

Every email maintains your practice's identity and professionalism, while Sodium handles the timing and content generation.
