Replaces a WhatsApp template: Twilio cannot change one once submitted, so a new one is made and submitted to Meta (a new review), then the old one deleted. Returns the new one, with its new sid. An old one that could not be deleted stays listed. Not safe to repeat: each call makes a new template. The same 400s and 409s as creating; 404 for a template the practice does not have.
