Connects the practice's own number to WhatsApp once Meta's Embedded Signup has finished, with the WhatsApp Business Account it created and the display name. Returns the practice's messaging, whatsApp Connecting: the number becomes the WhatsApp sender when Meta puts it online (minutes, at most 48 hours), or the connection fails with Meta's reasons; the user who connected is told either way. 400 when Twilio refuses (its reason in the message); 409 messaging_no_sender unless the practice is Active with its own number, messaging_whatsapp_not_configured while WhatsApp cannot be connected here yet, or when it is connecting or connected already.
