Cancels the practice's own messaging number: it is released to the provider straight away, clients can no longer text it, and after 10 days it may be given to someone else. Conversations and messages stay. Returns the practice's messaging, awaiting a number, from which it can apply again. 409 when the practice has no number of its own.
