Returns the template's text rendered for one recipient, as a send would render it now: for a conversation (its client and contact fill the tokens; an unmatched one only the practice and date tokens), or for a client and the number it goes to (the contact of the client holding that number fills the Contact tokens), or for nobody. A token with no value renders empty; nothing is HTML-encoded. 400 when to is not a number of the client or its contacts; 404 for an unknown template, client or conversation, or one a user who can see only some clients cannot see.
