Replies on the conversation, to its number, whether or not it is matched. Free text (body), on WhatsApp a template (contentSid + contentVariables), or a practice text template (templateCode: rendered here for the conversation's client and contact and sent as free text; 400 when it does not exist or is not for the channel), exactly one; the conversation's whatsAppWindowClosesAt says when free text stops being allowed. The message is stored at once from the Messaging Service's answer and returned as 201; a provider refusal is still a 201 with status Failed. 409 when messaging is off or not set up, when the number has opted out, or for WhatsApp free text outside the 24-hour window, with the service's text. 503 when the service or Twilio is unavailable. Sending marks the conversation read. A user who can see only some clients gets a 404 unless the conversation is on one of them.
