What messaging costs the practice (pence, ex VAT): the number's monthly price, a block of credits and the credits in it, and the credits a send costs. The practice's own prices once its messaging account is set up, else the defaults, so they can be shown before it applies for a number. 409 while messaging is switched off in this environment; 503 when the Messaging Service is unavailable.
