Marks the conversation read for the whole practice (hasUnread false, lastReadDate now) and clears its message notifications from everyone's bell. Nothing changes when it is already read. Reading the conversation (GET) never does this. A user who can see only some clients gets a 404 unless the conversation is on one of them.
