List Client Messaging Recipients

Returns the numbers a message from this client can go to, one per number however it was typed: the client's own numbers first, then its contacts', then numbers matched to it by hand that are on no record (holder null). Each has who holds it, its conversation (code, WhatsApp window, last message) when one is matched to the client or its contacts, and the channels it has opted out of, read from the Messaging Service on every call; optedOutChannels is null when the service could not be read.
