Returns the practice's SMS and WhatsApp messaging: its status (Unavailable, Off, SettingUp, AwaitingNumber, Active), who switched it on and when, and the numbers it sends from. Never sets anything up. When the Messaging Service is unreachable it still answers, with isServiceAvailable false and no senders.
Requires: ViewAll on Messaging.
