Sets the conversation's status (setStatus + statusCode, an active status), its assignee (setAssignee +
assigneeCode, someone who can read the whole mailbox; null unassigns), or both. The caller becomes the
assigner, and notifyMeWhenDone says whether they hear when someone else sets a Done status. A new
assignee other than the caller is notified. A Done status that archives also archives the conversation
in Outlook or Gmail; a failed archive does not fail the change. Returns the saved triage state.
