Counts the open conversations (not at a Done status) in the Matched, Unmatched and Other triage
views, and those assigned to the caller (assignedToMe). Scoped as the conversation list is: the
caller's own and everyone-shared mailboxes, narrowed by configCode (repeatable), counting only
mailboxes with triage on. Like the triage views, they cover Inbox conversations only.
Requires: ViewAll on Mailbox.
