Get Conversation Triage

Returns the conversation's triage state: its effective status code (its own, else the first active
Done status when it predates triage being switched on, else the mailbox's default, as the list shows
it), assignee code, who assigned it, whether the assigner asked to hear when it is done, when the
status was last set, its classification, and how many comments it has. Only on a mailbox with
triage on, for people who can read the whole mailbox.
