Reconcile Quarterly Update

Asks HMRC what they actually hold for this income source and tax year, and settles an update whose outcome is unknown. A submission that timed out may or may not have reached HMRC, and the answer is never to resend a filing they may already hold. If HMRC holds figures covering the period, the update is marked as submitted; if they hold nothing, it returns to draft so it can be sent again deliberately.
