Preview Rate Recalculation

Lists the unpaid time entries from the date whose stamped rates differ from the rates that apply now, with the current and new rates. Charge-out rates only change on billable entries with nothing billed or written off. Cost rates are only considered (and shown) for callers with the Cost Rates update permission; a changed cost rate clears the entry's payment approval. A rate no rule sets now is left as it is.
