Re-applies the rates that apply now to the chosen entries from a preview, in one transaction. The rates are worked out again on the server, under the same rules as the preview, so an entry paid since the preview, or whose rates already match, is left out, and one billed or written off since keeps its charge-out rate. If one is paid, billed or written off during the write itself, nothing is written and the preview must be run again.
