Analyze Time CSV

Parses a time CSV and returns the rows for review plus the distinct team member and
client names in the file, each with a suggested match. Columns are found by name:
the file needs a Date column, a Team Member (or User) column and a duration —
Duration (Minutes), Duration (Hours) (decimal or h:mm), or Start Time and End Time.
Optional columns: Client, Billable, Description/Notes; Task, Category, Project and
Tags text is folded into the description. Rows identical to an existing entry are
flagged as duplicates. Stateless: no data is persisted.
