/tenants/{tenant}/notes/pinned-to-dashboard
Returns the client and task notes pinned to the dashboard (PinnedLevel 3), most recent first, capped at 100. Client notes need Clients view access and task notes need Tasks view access; a user restricted to their teams' or assigned clients only sees notes on those clients.
