Sets which new emails in a mailbox the current user is told about, in the bell and as a desktop notification: every new email, or only those on conversations assigned to them or to nobody. Needs triage on the mailbox and full read access to it. A null scope switches the alert off.
Requires: ViewAll on Mailbox.
