Revert Workflow to Library
Reverts the Workflow to the current library template version, overwriting any local edits. The Workflow's code is preserved so it remains addressable at the same URL. Returns 400 if the Workflow was not imported from the library, or 404 if the Workflow or its source library template no longer exists.
