Time Tracking - Rates

The practice's charge-out and cost rates for a type of work — a task category or a service — kept as date-effective entries. They override team members' own rates and the practice defaults for time logged against that type of work; a team member's own rates by type of work (under /users/{userCode}/work-type-rates) override these in turn. The time recording setting workTypeRatePrecedence decides whether the category or the service wins when both apply.
