Reverts the RecurringTaskItem to the current library template version, overwriting any local edits. The RecurringTaskItem's code is preserved so it remains addressable at the same URL. Returns 400 if the RecurringTaskItem was not imported from the library, or 404 if the RecurringTaskItem or its source library template no longer exists.
