Get Figure Mapping

Returns the practice's remembered spreadsheet mapping for one income source type — how their bookkeeping category labels map onto the quarterly-update figure fields. The mapping entries are stored verbatim for the importing form; the server does not interpret them. 404 before any import has saved one.
