Link Client to Conversation

POST /tenants/{tenant}/email-configs/{code}/conversations/{conversationId}/clients

Links this one conversation to a client, whatever its addresses. Use it when an address is shared by several clients and an email rule would be too broad. Replaces an earlier removal of the conversation from the same client.
