List Foreign Properties
Returns the foreign properties HMRC hold registered against an income source for the tax year, each with the identifier every filing for that let names it by. An empty list means none are registered yet, not a failure. For 2025-26 and earlier HMRC keep no register — the response says so through isKeyedByProperty and lists nothing.
