Saves the year's overrides to residential property disposals HMRC already hold from their
'Report and pay Capital Gains Tax on UK property' service. A full replacement of the overrides,
which HMRC accept only after the tax year has ended.
Each override names the return it replaces by HMRC's submission identifier, so an override can
only be made for a disposal HMRC already hold.
