ResendRequestRequest

Request to resend an outstanding client request (a document request, an approval request or a
client confirmation) to a chosen set of addresses.

Whether these addresses replace the request's recipients. False (the default) adds to them:
everyone the request already went to keeps their link and keeps being chased. True makes
these the only recipients: anyone else stops being chased and their links stop working.
