Webhooks

Inbound webhook receipt from third-party platforms (e.g. FuseSign e-signature events). Anonymous by necessity — the opaque connection token in the URL identifies the tenant, and each provider's signature header verifies origin. Deliveries are persisted to an inbox and processed asynchronously; 200 means durably received, including redeliveries of an event already held.
