Sales Pipeline - Settings

Tenant-level settings for the Sales Pipeline feature. A tenant singleton exposing whether the feature is enabled — when off (the default) the pipeline UI is hidden and no pipeline automations run; when on, Active Prospects are also included in the tenant's billable client count.
